Bjorn Nabuurs, 7, of the Netherlands, makes a grimace as he grips a water balloon to chuck it as his target during the 27th Annual Progeria Reunion at the Sunshine Foundation Dream Village Saturday June 20, 2009 in Lakeland, Florida. It was Nabuurs’s third reunion. Elleven children from around the world with their families converged on the village to spend several hours letting loose. The extremely rare syndrome is characterized by the signs and symptoms of premeture old age. The Sunshine Foundation gives the children a week to share with other children like themselves and leave behind the stress of constant doctor visits. This year the families will spend a day at Sea World.”
